            Hi Razvan,

Just one more question. I am seeing that there are two train stations in Sinaia. Sinaia and Sinaia Sud. Which of these train stations should we get off to be picked up? Thank you.

  2. Michael says:

    Hello Rasvan,

I am still waiting confirmation from my 2 friends who will be coming to Brasov. They are traveling right now and maybe can’t get any wi-fi connection yet. Meanwhile, I would like to make the reservations for 4 people arriving in Sinaia train station on June 19 at around 10 am. As soon as I get word from my other friends, I will confirm with you. I understand this will be a private tour, right? Thank you very much. See you soon.

    Michael

      Hi Rasvan,

I already got confirmation from my two friends who will be cominng from Brasnov. So it will be a total of 6 persons. I understand that they will be picked up from their hotel in Brasnov and proceed to Sinaia train station to pickup the 4 of us and then begin the tour in Peles Castle. From there, we go to Bran to see Bran Castle, then have lunch and then go to Rasnov castle/fortress and then back to Brasov for a bonus city tour. Is this itinerary correct? Also please confirm that this will be a private tour with the 6 of us plus 1 driver/tour guide. Please let me know how we can confirm this. Do we need to pay for it now or later? Just let me know how we can set this up. I will wait for your reply. Thank you.

        Hi Rasvan,

Can you also tell me what time the tour will end in Brasov if we start from Sinaia at 10:00am? I just to know what time we will take the train back to Bucharest. If we can take the 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm train, that would be good. There is also a 4:40 pm train but I am not sure if we will be done by then. I will wait for your reply. Thanks again.

          hi Michael,
I have considered the tour with the minimum time you can spend at each location:
          9am departure from Brasov
          10am visit Peles Palace
          11:20 departure to Bran
12:00 visit Bran Castle + lunch
14:00 departure for Rasnov & visit
          15:15 departure for Brasov
          15:45 Tour of Brasov
I recomand you will take advantage of the nice town, enjoy the pedestrian area of the old city, and get a later train back to Bucharest.

We can keep this schedule if all of you will be on time for visits and free time.
from experience, it might take longer as each one will take more time to visit, take pictures, etc…

to guarantee the trip, I will send to you by email a safe link to pay 20% of the tour, the rest you can pay to the guide on arrival.

          Razvan

    Hi Rasvan,

Thank you very much. The prices are great! I will send you the details of our reservation as soon as I get information from my two friends who will be in Brasov. We should leave Bucharest by around 7:30 am and I believe that would be perfect. Thanks again.

    Michael

  4. Michael says:

Hi. We will be in Bucharest on June 18, 2015 and we want to take the train to Brasov on June 19, 2015. Do you have private tours to Bran Castle and Rasnov that starts late like 11:00 am? We plan to take the 7:30 am or 8:00 am train from Bucharest. We would like to go back to Bucharest in the evening around 6:00 pm by train. Do you think there will be time to visit Peles castle too? We can skip the lunch time if that is needed to complete the tour. Or we can just do the Rasnov and Bran castle because we would also like to spend a little time in Brasov for shopping some souvenirs and picture taking.

    • Michael says:

By the way, we will be a total of 4 people. Another thing, we are supposed to meet up with another couple (2 people) who will be staying in Brasov and if we can make a schedule to have both castles and Rasnov to start at 11:00 am then we will be a total of 6 people doing a private tour. Maybe even 10:00 am will work if we can get an early train like 7:00 am from Bucharest going to Brasov. Please advise.

      Hi Michael,
On 19th of June we can run the trip for you.
We have a better suggestion for you, so you can visit all 3 castles.
You can take the train from Bucharest to Sinaia.
We will pick You up from Sinaia train station, you will visit first the Peles Palace, than you travel to Bran Castle, for visit and lunch break, and visit Rasnov Fortress at the end.
This will also give you a bit of time for a short city tour of Brasov at the end of the tour, untill you get an evening train back to Bucharest.
Please let me know if this plan suits you better.
      Razvan

      • Michael says:

        Hi Razvan,
Thanks for your reply. This might actually work. What time should we take the train in Bucharest to Sinaia? How much would it cost for private tour for 4 or 6 persons? I still have to communicate this with the other 2 people who will be in Brasov at that time. Also, can you give me the price quote for this tour And also for just Bran and Rasnov (withiout Peles) with Brasov tour in the end? Please give me price quote for 4 and 6 people. I would like to make reservations early because I do not want to miss this tour. Thank you again.

        • Razvan says:

          Hi Michael,
          you should be in Sinaia between 10 – 11am. This will give us enough time for the other visits. depending on your arrival time, we will start from Brasov with the other 2 friends, and meet you at the train station;
Tour will be 37euro/person for Sinaia, Bran, Rasnov + bonus will be the Brasov city tour at the end of the tour.
          if you choose only the Bran and Rasnov tour the price is 25Euro/person;
from the above prices, we offer a 12% group discount for making a booking for all 6 people for the tour.
please let me know when you get the confirmation from all 6 of you to know how we book the tour.
          Razvan

We finish a boat rip Apil 1. If we came to Brasov, what day trips do you have available. I see. Couple with 2012 dates. 2 people, would need English speaking guides

    • admin says:

      hi Judi,

it seams that your message got hidden between some spam and didn’t go through.
in April almost all the trips are available.
let me know what type of tours are you looking for to see what we can organize for you.
      Our guides do speak English.
we organize transfers with private cars for the two of you.

And any trip or extension is possible in April. Only the high mountain walks are restricted due to the snow conditions. But any cultural tour is available.

      Happy adventures,

      Razvan
